A few things you might be wondering.

Does my client need to create an account first?

No. You can send an onboarding link before your client has an account. They can follow that link to complete onboarding. A separate client account gives them ongoing access to their connected agencies and reporting.

How do credits work?

One credit costs ₹1,000 and covers an onboarding’s first send. Drafts are free, credits do not expire, and resending or reopening that onboarding does not use another credit. Cancellation or deletion does not return a used credit.

Can I use my agency’s branding?

Yes. Your workspace has its own agency subdomain, logo, and brand colours, so clients have a consistent experience from the first link.

How does platform access work?

Accessello brings access requests into the onboarding flow. Meta and Google connections support guided authorization, while other platforms use instructions and agency verification. Available actions depend on the platform and the permissions granted.
